1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

2. The instant application has been filed for modification of the order dated 19.7.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 54467 of 2023.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that vide order dated 19.7.2024 while granting bail to the petitioner Indu Devi (petitioner no.2) in connection with Chakmehsi P.S Case no. 191 of 2022, this Court had directed her to be enlarged on anticipatory bail in the event of her arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class,

It is submitted that due to reasons beyond control of the petitioner and some communication gap between the office of the counsel and the pairvikar of the petitioner, the petitioner Indu Devi could not surrender in time and as such the instant application.

4. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the contents of the petition and the submissions made, the order dated 19.7.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 54467 of 2023 granting bail to the petitioner in Chakmehsi P.S Case no. 191 of 2022 is modified to the extent that the time granted to the petitioner to be enlarged on bail by the learned Court below in the event of her arrest or surrender is extended by a further period of four weeks from today.

5. The application stands allowed to the extent stated above.
