2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for offence under Sections 341, 323, 498A, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per prosecution case, the opposite party no. 2 was married with this petitioner six years ago and after the marriage, all the accused persons including petitioner committed torture with her and it is alleged that on 28.07.2014 at about 9 o'clock (evening), the mother-in-law poured kerosene oil on the opposite party no. 2 and this petitioner tried to set her on fire,

No.62961 of 2023(4) dt.02-07-2024 2/2 but anyhow, the complainant /opp.party no. 2 fled away from there and while she was on way to her Mausa's house, in the meantime, the accused persons, including petitioner, came there and this petitioner caught her hand and wanted to take her away forcibly, but after seeing the local people, the accused persons fled away from there.
