Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(A) of the Bihar Excise Act. Nepali liquor was recovered from the tempo of this petitioner.
Submission of the petitioner is that the owner of that article fled away and the petitioner had no knowledge that the packet was containing Nepali liquor. The petitioner is in custody since 16.10.2016 and has got no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like
