Verifying the show cause filed by the respondents and the order annexed thereto as Annexure-A it is seen that admissible dues of the petitioner have been calculated and the same have been paid to him.

Keeping in view the aforesaid, now no further indulgence is called for. In case the petitioner's grievance is still subsisting in respect of the manner in which the dues of the petitioner has been calculated the petitioner may have the liberty
