1. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Srinagar P.S. Case No. 63 of 2025 dated 12.06.2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 21(c), 22(c), 25 and 29 of the NDPS Act.

2. Heard Mr. Sarveshwar Tiwary, learned counsel for the Petitioner, Mr. Anil Kumar Singh No. 1, learned APP for the State and perused the FIR and trial court's order.

3. In the facts and circumstances of the case and mainly considering petitioner's the plea that he has been made accused mainly on the basis of statement of the co-accused persons who were apprehended with the alleged contraband and according to them the seized material was purchased by the co-accused persons from this petitioner and mainly on that basis the petitioner has been chargesheeted but there is no material to substantiate the said

No.59519 of 2025(2) dt.29-08-2025 2/2 claim of the co-accused persons and the said plea has not been refuted by the learned APP and also coupled with the petitioner's custody period this court is inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, let the petitioner above named be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the concerned Court in connection with Srinagar P.S. Case No. 63 of 2025.
