1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. i. For issuance of appropriate Writ/ Writs, direction/ directions in the nature of Certiorari for quashing the final result of Central Selection Board (Constable Recruitment) published in the daily news paper dated 23.06.2015 pursuant to the selection to the vacancy advertise vide Advertisement No.- 1/2014 on account of non adherence of the direction issued to the respondents vide order dated 12.08.2014 passed in CWJC No.-

Patna High Court CWJC No.12490 of 2015(2) dt.31-08-2023 2/3 15171/2011 besides there being bungling and malpractices adopted by the candidates to find their place in the final merit list published and further be pleased to stay the joining of successful candidates whose roll numbers are appearing in the final merit list published in daily news paper.

ii. For issuance of appropriate Writ/ Writs, direction/ directions in the nature of Mandamus or Writs, order or orders for instituting a proper enquiry/ investigation from any impartial and independent agency to be carried out with respect to mass bungling and malpractices done during the entire process of selection for unfolding the same.

iii. For further kind indulgence of this Hon'ble court to look into the matter and the concerned respondents may be directed to produce all connected records for perusal of the same for passing an appropriate order."

At the outset, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent-Central Selection Board (Constable Recruitment), Government of Bihar, Patna submits that the petitioner, who is a backward category female non-homeguard candidate, has secured 36 marks, whereas cut off marks in her category was 37, hence she has not been selected.

3. Having regard to the submissions made by the
