The petitioner seeks bail in Begusarai Town P.S. case No. 417 of 2016 under Section 379, 420 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant alleged that two unknown persons came and took his ATM card on the pretext of checking clearance but they fraudulently withdrew money from his account. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 18.10.2016 but he has not been put in T. I. parade. Similarly situated accused, Golu Singh, has already been enlarged on bail vide order passed in Cr. Misc. No. 2171 of 2017 and the case of the petitioner stands on the same footing. Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10011 of 2017 (2) dt.07-03-2017 2/2 is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in Begusarai Town P.S.
