In the present case, the petitioner is challenging the order vide no. 732 dated 06.10.2017 passed by C.D.P.O., Raghopur, whereby and whereunder he has transferred her from her mother centre code no.180 to centre code no. 33 as Anganwari Sahayika at Ward No.8.

Petitioner has already joined her duty and also filed representation before concerned authority.

This Court directs the concerned authority to decide the representation of the petitioner.
