1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.
2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has antecedent of four cases and is in custody since 10.06.2024. It is next submitted that similarly situated coaccused Pawan, Sonelal, Saukhi Rai, Ramsuhag Rai and Ram Rekha Rai had approached this court seeking anticipatory bail by filing Cr. Misc. No. 58821/2024 and the same was allowed by an order dated 26.09.2024. It is further submitted that petitioner is even similarly situated like Pawan and four others. It is next submitted that the court after considering the case of
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.65193 of 2024(2) dt.27-09-2024 2/2 Pawan and others on merits was pleased to grant anticipatory bail. It is next submitted that petitioner is in custody, thus the learned counsel seeks bail for the petitioner.
4. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.
5. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Sitamarhi, in connection with Dumra P.S. Case No.194/2024.
