The first information report is against unknown. On basis of confession made before the police by a co-accused, petitioner has been arrested. There is no test identification parade. Chargesheet has already been submitted and the matter is pending trial.
If the case is committed to the Court of Session and charges are framed, the petitioner abovenamed would be released on bail on his furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees Ten
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39798 of 2014 (3) dt.21-01-2015 Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in Goh PS Case No 25 of 2013 subject to the condition that one of the bailors would be Surendra Pathak, the elder brother of the petitioner.
