2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Jhanjharpur Excise P.S. Case No. 116 of 2024 corresponding with G.O. No. 778 of 2024 registered for the offence under Section 30(a), 32(1), 32(3) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.
3. The recovery is of 360 liters of illicit liquor.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and he is in custody since 10.07.2025.
5. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the petitioner has earlier granted anticipatory bail by this Court vide order dated 06.03.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 8254 of 2025.

6. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.
7. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge Excise Act, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani/concerned Court below in connection with Excise P.S. Jhanjharpur Case No. 116 of 2024/G.O. No. 778 of 2024.
8. As a condition of this order, the petitioner after being released on bail is directed to mark his attendance at Phulparas Police Station on first and third Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the police station will result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Vikas/- U
