The petitioner seeks bail in Bidupur P.S. Case No. 324 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, all the FIR named accused persons including this petitioner and 2-3 unknown persons kidnapped the minor daughter of informant. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. In fact there was love affair between the victim girl and the co-accused Jitendra Kumar. The victim girl in her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C has stated that she went along with co-accused Jitendra Kumar out of her own sweet will and they have solemnized marriage in a temple.
