2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Daraunda P.S. Case No. 205 of 2025 dated 04.05.2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(2), 109, 303(2), 351(2), 352 and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. The main submissions advanced by the petitioner's counsel are that the main allegation is against the co-accused, Sandeep Kumar Yadav, and the petitioner is merely alleged to have accompanied him and the other co-accused persons to the shop of the informant. It is further submitted that the informant sustained only one injury, which is specifically attributed to the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.59349 of 2025(3) dt.15-11-2025 2/2 co-accused Sandeep Kumar Yadav, and the informant's injury has been opined to be simple in nature. It is lastly submitted that the petitioner bears no criminal antecedent.

4. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

5. In the facts and circumstances of the case, considering the above-stated facts and coupled with the nature of the allegation appearing against the petitioner, this Court accepts the petitioner's prayer for anticipatory bail. Accordingly, let the petitioner named-above, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court concerned in connection with Daraunda P.S. Case No. 205 of 2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the B.N.S.S (Shailendra Singh, J) maynaz/- U T
