Case No.228 of 2015, G.R.No.766/15 for the offence under Sections 406 and 420 of the I.P.C.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is wiling and ready to pay 20% of the alleged F.I.R. amount being Rs.51,97.344.00.

Considering the offer made by the petitioner that he is ready to deposit 20% of the aforementioned amount as stated in the F.I.R. within eight months from today and on his doing so, let the petitioner ,above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within three weeks from today be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of
