2. Grievance of the petitioner is that he is an employee of Gaya Municipal Corporation and he is entitled to 1st ACP and 2nd ACP so also 6th pay commission report (Revision of Pay) and 7th pay commission report (Revised Pay). State respondents have filed show cause along with Annexure - A dated 06.03.2023 in which they have specifically stated that ACP and 7th pay commission report are not applicable to such of those employee of the Gaya Municipal Corporation. On the other hand, it is submitted that 6th pay commission report (Revision of Pay) was already extended to the petitioner.

3. In the light of these facts and circumstances, the present MJC/contempt application stands dropped reserving liberty to the petitioner to assail the order dated 06.03.2023 before appropriate forum.
