The petitioner is accused in connection with Kudhni P.S. Case No. 26 of 2016, registered under Section 30A and 38 of Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016.
The accusation is that in course of checking of Tata Indica vehicle, which was being driven by this petitioner, 216 bottles, each containing 180 ML India made foreign liquor was recovered.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is accused in one other case, but he is on bail in that case. The petitioner is in custody since 26.11.2016. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of
