This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 272, 273 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
Five hundred and twenty liters of liquor was recovered from a vehicle from which the petitioner was fleeing and was apprehended. The petitioner has sated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 03.12.2016.
Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8343 of 2017 (5) dt.01-05-2017 2/2 with Bodh Gaya (Cherki) P.S. Case No. 500 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya, or successor Court.
