JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 11-10-2017 It has been submitted by the counsel for the petitioner that issue involved in the instant case has already been decided in the case of Yogendra Raut Vs the State of Bihar & Ors (in C.W.J.C. No.3633 of 1994) vide order dated 01.05.1995. Similar order has also been passed in C.W.J.C. No. 13615 of 2001 vide order dated 02.07.2009. It has further been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that since other similarly situated persons have already been granted benefits, as claimed by the petitioner, thus the petitioner is also entitled for the same, in terms of the State
Patna High Court CWJC No.23189 of 2013 (3) dt.11-10-2017 2/2 Litigation Policy.
The petitioner is directed to make representation before the Director, Primary Education, Bihar, Patna bring the aforesaid orders of this Court as also, the relevant facts, within a period of 60 days. The Director, Primary Education, Bihar, Patna shall pass a reasoned order, in accordance with law, within a period of 5 months from the date of filing of such representation. With the aforesaid observations and directions, this writ application stands disposed of.
