2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sugauli P.S. Case No. 205 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, Rs. 1,62,140/- was looted by unknown criminals from the informant who is the Field Staff of Spandan Sfurti Financial Company.

4. One motorcycle has been recovered from Saifullah. The petitioner is in custody since 07.02.2025 and he is involved in 23 more cases of similar and serious nature.

5. Considering the criminal antecedent of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67117 of 2025(2) dt.07-10-2025 2/2 petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
