The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363 and 366A of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of kidnapping the minor daughter of the informant. In 164 Cr.P.C. statement the victim has got her age recorded as 12 years when the court has assessed as such where she has stated that she was being taken to Delhi by this petitioner.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that 164 Cr.P.C. statement of the victim suggests that she of her own went in the company of this petitioner when no

Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Itarhi P.S. Case No. 223 of 2014 pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is disposed of.
