The petitioner is in custody since 26.07.2019 in connection with Barauli P.S. Case No. 14 of 2019 for the offence registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohiobition and Excise Act, 2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the alleged recoveries were made from the Bathan of the petitioner which is an open place and he has nothing to do with the same. It is further submitted that the petitioner has one other antecedent, in which, he has already been granted bail.
