====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 26-09-2024 The present writ has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1(i). For issuance of quo warrnto against the respondent concerned (Respondent No. 08), who is holding the post of Assistant Teacher on the basis of forged and fabricated certificate as he has three date of Birth Certificates, as per the record available in different schools and the certificates issued by the Bihar School Examination Board.

Patna High Court CWJC No.14753 of 2024(2) dt.26-09-2024 2/2 (ii). For cancellation / setting aside the appointment of Respondent No. 08, made on the post of Assistant Teacher and for issuance of writ of mandamus to prohibit the Respondent No. 08 from discharging his duties on the post of Assistant Teacher.

(iii). For issuance of mandamus to dispose of the representation, filed by the petitioner (AnnexureP/2 series to the writ petition)." 2.

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent authorities for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
