Nadeem Siraj (GP-5) ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE ORAL ORDER 17-10-2016 Pursuant to the directions of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali, dated 07.04.2016 passed, in Hajipur Police Station Case No.543 of 2015, one of the three persons, who have been made accused, has already surrendered on 26.09.2010, but the other two, according to the counter affidavit, which has been filed by the State, have been absconding and attempts have been made to arrest in terms of the warrant of arrest, which have been obtained from the Court of the learned jurisdictional Magistrate. In view of the above, this criminal writ petition is

Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.986 of 2016 (3) dt.17-10-2016 2/2 closed with direction to the Superintendent of Police, Vaishali, to ensure that in compliance of the issuance of warrant of arrest, the accused, against whom the warrant of arrest have been issued, be arrested and produce before the Court concerned. In terms of the above observations and directions, this application stands disposed of.
