Following reliefs have been sought for in the present application on behalf of the petitioner:

'1(i) For quashing of letter contained in letter no. 12 Hajpurawa dated 30.05.2018 issued under the signature of the Respondent No. 7, the Panchayat Secretary, Gram Panchayat Raj, Rajpurawa, Kalyanpur, Samastipur whereby and whereunder appointment of the petitioner has been cancelled with immediate effect in the meeting of Panchayat Teacher Niyojan Unit on the ground that the petitioner has obtained educational qualification from Hindi Sahitya Sammelan,

(ii) For directing the respondent authorities to appoint the petitioner on the post of Primary Teacher, Primary School Kushiyari under Kalyanpur Block on the ground that the petitioner was appointed on the said post in the year 2006 and gave her joining on 01.12.2006 and till then she is continuously discharging her duty as Primary Teacher and on the basis of her educational certificate she appeared in Teacher's Training Examination Board, Patna and got first division and now appointment has been cancelled after eleven years of her service, which is not justified in the eye of law." Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is directed to prefer a statutory appeal before the District Appellate Authority, Samastipur within a period of thirty days from the date of the order and the same shall be disposed of by the District Appellate Authority, Samastipur within the statutory period, in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observation/direction, the present writ application stands disposed of.
