JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 17-09-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 342,323,307,354,379,504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that in absence of the informant the accused persons entered into the house of the informant in drunken state, wanted to outrage the modesty of her daughter and also tried to throttle the informant's daughter. On alarm being raised the villagers rushed to the place of occurrence then the accused persons fled away. It is further alleged that co accused Ramashankar Paswan snatched gold chain and Ankit Paswan took away other articles. Petitioner no. 2 was watching with fire arms

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37589 of 2015 (2) dt.17-09-2015 2/2 on the gate of the house.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners are neighbours of the informant and for petty dispute the accusation has been levelled. Admittedly, no injury was caused to any one and the other accused persons have been granted bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Saharsa in connection with Saharsa Sadar P.S. Case No.108 of 2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
