1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Naya Ramnagar (Safiyasarai O.P.) P.S. Case No. 93 of 2023 registered under Sections 307 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further he submits that from perusal of the records, it is apparent that in the instant case, the first information report is lodged after lapse of the 9 days of the alleged occurrence.

4. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in

No.63348 of 2023(2) dt.16-10-2023 2/2 the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M.-I, Munger in connection with Naya Ramnagar (Safiyasarai O.P.) P.S. Case No. 93 of 2023, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
