This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 392 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.
First information report is against unknown for the offence of robbery. Name of the petitioner transpired in the confessional statement of the co-accused. The petitioner is in custody since 18.08.2016 and submission is that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner nor the petitioner has been put on test identification parade during the investigation. Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Aurangabad (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 93 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad, or successor Court.
