This application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for quashing the Lakhanour P.S. Case No. 248 of 2018, pending in the Court of Learned ACJM, 1st Jhanjharpur registered under Sections 341, 323, 419, 420, 471 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner Mr. Dayanand Singh has handed over a cheque of Rs. 33835 to the learned counsel for the O.P. No. 02 as a goodwill gesture without admitting the fault of the company.

Learned counsel for the O.P. No. 02 accepts the cheque and submits that he has no objection if the FIR of Lakhanour P.S. Case No. 248 of 2018 is quashed as the dispute

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.1312 of 2019(4) dt.26-04-2023 2/2 between the parties has already been settled. In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the Opposite Party No. 02, this application is allowed. Accordingly, Lakhanour P.S. Case No. 248 of 2018, pending in the Court of Learned ACJM, 1st Jhanjharpur registered under Sections 341, 323, 419, 420, 471 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, is hereby quashed against all accused persons.
