JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 06-09-2021 The instant case has been taken up for consideration through the mode of Video conferencing in view of the prevailing situation on account of COVID 19 Pandemic, requiring social distancing.
The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "(i) For direction to the authority to credit the Bank
Draft's amount in saving Account along with 18% interest to the petitioner which is not paid till today. (ii) Also for necessary relief/ reliefs order/orders, direction/ directions for which the petitioner will be entitled in the law as well as in the facts of the case." At the outset, the Ld. counsel for the petitioner, in presence of the Ld. Senior counsel for the respondent Bank, Shri Ajay Kumar Sinha, assisted by Shri Ajit Kumar Sinha, Advocate and the learned counsel for the respondent State, Shri Md. Nadim Seraj, G.P. 5, seeks to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to approach the respondent Bank for redressal of his grievances, in view of the fact that the present writ petition is barred by delay and latches.
