2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in the present case registered for the offence under Sections 302 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. From the FIR, it appears that the petitioner had informed the family of the deceased that the deceased was killed by one Shambhunath Thakur @ Guddu Takur.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Petitioner is in custody since 03.05.2024.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62865 of 2024(4) dt.12-02-2025 2/2 this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned SDJM, Pupri, Sitamarhi/concerned Court below in connection with Nanpur P.S. Case No. 243 of 2023 subject to condition that:- 7(i) The petitioner shall appear in the trial regularly either personally or through his lawyer and shall cooperate in the trial and noncooperation in the trial shall result in cancellation of the bail bond of the petitioner.
