The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case under section 498A and other sections of the Indian Penal Code. Mamta Devi, wife of Prabhat Kumar, made allegation of demand of dowry and torture.

It is submitted that omnibus allegations of demand of dowry and torture have been made.

Considering the aforesaid fact, and the fact that the petitioners are father-in-law and mother-in-law, it is directed that in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within four

No.40824 of 2014 (2) dt.01-04-2015 2 / 2 weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, the above named petitioners shall be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Subdivisional Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa, in connection with Complaint Case No. 1498C/2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438 Cr.P.C.
