2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bhalpati P.S. Case No. 54 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 62/64 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of trying to commit rape with the victim.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the victim is alleged to be 20 years old and from the medical report it appears that there is no sign of rape. The petitioner is in custody since 29.06.2025.

5. Learned counsel for the State and learned counsel

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.60413 of 2025(2) dt.08-09-2025 2/2 for the informant have vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in connection with Bhalpatti P.S. Case No. 54 of 2025.
