This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 324, 326, 307, 302 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

Allegation against the petitioners is specific to have caused fire arm injury and death of respective individuals.

Considering the nature of allegation against the petitioners, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail.

The prayer for bail is refused.
