JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 23-08-2018 The petitioner has been awarded only 28 marks out of 100 in the subject 'Manufacturing Science' paper of Section-B examination held by the Institution of Engineers (India). It is his case that he had expected at least 50 out of 100 in the said paper. It has been vaguely stated in the writ application that upon inspection of the answer sheet, which the petitioner had an occasion to inspect, he has found that his answer sheet has been arbitrarily examined. Such vague plea cannot make a sustainable foundation to consider the petitioner's case for directing the respondents to re-evaluate his answer sheet. I do not find any merit in this application.
