Case No.481 of 2016 registered under Section 37(C) of the Bihar Excise Act.

Allegation in brief is that this petitioner was found moving in a drunken condition.

Submission is that the petitioner had no knowledge that cold drink offered by a friend was mixed with alcohol but this petitioner has been in custody for last three months and has no criminal antecedent.
