1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1(i) For issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the order dated 05.11.2011 passed by the collector Vaishali in Anganbari Appeal No. 17 of 2020/01 of 2020 2021 where by and where under the District Programme Officer, Vaishali was directed to direct the child Development project officer Hajipur Sadar to ensure the selection of Amrita Priyatam in Anganbari centre no. 9 in ward no. 5 (ii) For issuance of an appropriate writ order or

Patna High Court CWJC No.20817 of 2021(2) dt.03-04-2024 2/2 direction to stay the operation of order dated 05.11.2021 passed in Anganbari Appeal No. 17 of 2020/01.2020-2021."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, including that of filing a civil suit before the learned Civil Court having competent jurisdiction, for redressal of her aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
