JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 30-09-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Some bottles of Indian made foreign liquor are said to have been recovered from a tempo and driver as well as one another person managed to escape from the place of occurrence. The local people disclosed that the petitioner was driver of the tempo. Petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 29.07.2016. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Govindpur P.S.case No. 59 of 2016.
