2. It is submitted on behalf of the University that though the GIS amount has been sent to the petitioner vide cheque no. 460763 dated 11.10.2023 but on account of incomplete address, the same has been returned and now he is in

Patna High Court CWJC No.13567 of 2023(5) dt.04-01-2024 2/3 receipt of the cheque, which is being handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner having accepted the same made an acknowledgment in the record.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Bank, submitted that so far the payment of GPF amount is concerned, the claim shall be settled and necessary payment shall be made preferably within two weeks.

5. Considering the undertaking given by the Bank before this Court, the present writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the respondent no.8, the Branch Manager, Indian Bank, Agricultural Research Institute, Patna to ensure the payment of GPF amount of the petitioner within a period of two weeks.

6. At this juncture, learned counsel for the petitioner further submitted that still the petitioner has grievance with regard to non-payment of salary for certain period, for which he seeks permission to file an appropriate representation before the Registrar, Bihar Agricultural University, Sabour, Bhagalpur.

7. Permission is accorded.

8. In case, such a representation is filed within a period of four weeks from today, the same shall be considered
