2. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 126 ( 2 ), 117 ( 2 ), 115 ( 2 ), 76, 303 ( 2 ), 352, 351 ( 2 ), 351 (3) and 3(5) of BNS. 3 . The prosecution case in brief, is that on the alleged date and time of occurrence , all the F.I.R. named accused persons including this petitioner abused and assaulted informant by lathi and danda . It is further alleged that this petitioner disrobed her and also tried to strangulate her.
4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence as alleged. Allegation of assault is general and omnibus against this petitioner. Doctor has found the injury simple in nature . Rest of

6 Considering the aforesaid facts, and other circumstances of the case , in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned SDJM, Birpur, DistrictSupaul in connection with Pratapganj P.S.
