ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 25-03-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 58 ( C ) of 2013 for the offence under Section 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3 / 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is willing and ready to keep his wife with full dignity and honour. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the petitioner undertakes that in future he will not make any demand of dowry or any kind of mental torture. It is further submitted that the petitioner is a poor man and working as Coolie. Considering the bona fide offer made by the petitioner,
