Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the original petitioner namely Hira Prasad Singh died during the pendency of this writ application and as such, the legal heir of late Hira Prasad Singh was substituted as petitioner in this case vide order dated 20.11.2018. But, inadvertently, instead of 'original petitioner', the word 'petitioner' has been mentioned in the order dated 05.09.2024.

In view of the aforesaid submission, the order dated 05.09.2024 is modified to the extent that wherever the word

Patna High Court CWJC No.15273 of 2016(8) dt.23-09-2024 2/2 'petitioner' appears in that order, the same shall be read as 'original petitioner'.
