JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 11-09-2019 Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was dismissed vide order dated 13.03.2019 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No.12320 of 2019 and allegation against the petitioner is of firing on the son of the informant causing grievous injury at the abdomen.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he is custody for more than a year and now charges have also been framed. He is ready to abide by the condition. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

In view of the facts as stated above and since the charge has already been framed, let the petitioner above named be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions
