JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 30-09-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147/341/323/324/307/379/504 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case is that five accused persons including the petitioner got the bus of the informant stopped when co-accused Akshay Gond assaulted the informant with 'garasa' on his head and thereafter co-accused Subham Singh and other accused persons took Rs.1120/- from the pocket of the informant. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the accusation of assault is not against the petitioner. The accusation is omnibus and general. Moreover, statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
