Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Shri. Bijay Prakash Singh and learned A.P.P. for the State. 2.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 325, 332, 333, 307, 353, 504, 506 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has antecedent of one case and has been falsely implicated in the instant case by the informant. It is next submitted that Vikash Sah along with three other accused had approached this court seeking anticipatory bail by filing Cr. Misc No. 59806 of 2024 and the same was allowed by an order dated 18-9-2024. It is further submitted that the case of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63928 of 2024(3) dt.24-01-2025 2/2 petitioner is similar to the case of the petitioners of Cr. Misc No. 59806 of 2024. It is also submitted that the allegation even against the petitioner is general and omnibus in nature and specific allegation of assaulting the injured is against Sujit. 4.

Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with G.B. Nagar P.S. Case No. 266 of 2024 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
