2 The learned Single Judge has clearly noted that petitioner was appointed as a Compounder and not as a Pharmacist though he made claim of having been registered with the Pharmacy Council. Learned Single Judge has further noticed that the pay scale of Pharmacist and Compounder have always been different. The writ petitioner/appellant failed to bring on record any document to show

Patna High Court LPA No.1324 of 2012 dt.27-03-2015 that he was in fact appointed as a Pharmacist and had been performing the duty of Pharmacist rather than Compounder. 3 In that view of the matter, we are not inclined to interfere in this appeal.
