The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 356, 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation is that some unknown miscreants snatched a bag of the informant containing Rs.1,50,000/-, laptop, cheque book etc.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 21.06.2019. Charge sheet has been submitted in this case. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. Rs.5000/- is alleged to have been recovered. Same has not been put on T.I.P. to ascertain whether the same is stolen property or not.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. 6, Saran at Chapra in connection with Nayagaon P.S. case No.59 of 2019.
