20.03.2015 Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Petitioner is a truck-owner and the transporter, respectively, who apprehend their arrest in connection with Mohania P. S. Case No. 194 of 2014, registered for the offence punishable under sections 415, 420, 406, 407, 409 and 120 (B) of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation being such there is not much of a role, which transporter has to play in obtaining a forged stamp on the bilty, anticipatory bail application is allowed.

Let the petitioners, above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40802 of 2014 (2) dt.20-03-2015 2/2 of Rs. 20,000/- (twenty thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua, in connection with Mohania P. S. Case No. 194 of 2014, which shall be abide by the terms and conditions mentioned in subsection (2) of section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
