1. The petitioner has filed the instant application for the following relief(s):- "(i) For issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the order as contained in memo no.552 dated 26.6.2015 issued under the signature of the Deputy Development Commissionercum-Chief Executive Officer- cum- Secretary, Zila Parishad, Siwan, by which the selection letter of the petitioner as Zila Parishad Secondary Teacher
Patna High Court CWJC No.16437 of 2015(3) dt.06-02-2024 2/3 (mathematics) has been cancelled without considering the facts and circumstances that the petitioner has passed B.Ed. examination from University of Kashmir, Srinagar and a B.Ed. degree awarded by an institution / university in the State of Jammu & Kashmir is also valid for employment in other parts of the country subject to the provisions of the Act. ii) For issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of prohibition by restraining the respondent authorities concerned to not make any kind of hindrance in proper functioning of the petitioner on the post of Zila Parishad Secondary Teacher in Dhajju Singh High School-Bhartuyee Garh, Block-Zeeradei, DistrictSiwan with all consequential benefits i.e. continuity of service with its salary, since his due date of entitlement.
iii) For issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of mandamus for commanding and directing the respondent authorities concerned to allow the petitioner to continue as Zila Parishad Secondary Teacher in Dhajju Singh High School-Bhartuyee Garh, Block-Zeeradei, District-Siwan in which he is discharging his duties as Zila Parishad Secondary Teacher without any kind of hindrance and also pay the arrears of salary as well as current salary month to month without any further delay.
iv) For issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of mandamus for commanding and directing the respondent authorities concerned to allow the petitioner to continue on the respective post as the petitioner has been selected/appointed after following the procedure.
