This application is for grant of bail in connection with Teghra P.S.Case No.205 of 2015 for the offence under Sections 302/120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that except suspicion due to enmity with the informant, there is nothing against the petitioner. He is in custody for about nine months. Heard learned A.P.P. also, who has opposed the prayer for bail.

Having heard both sides and in view of the fact that there is suspicion against the petitioner due to previous enmity and the petitioner is in accused in five other cases also, I am not inclined

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10589 of 2017 (2) dt.22-03-2017 2/2 to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage, however, the learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial and try to conclude it within a period of nine months and if not concluded, the petitioner is at liberty to renew his prayer for bail.

At the same time, the S.P., Begusarai is directed to ensure attendance of the witness on the date fixed by the learned court below in this case so that compliance of the order of this Court may be made.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is dismissed.
