2. This application, under Section 482 Cr.P.C., is for quashment of the FIR of Ramgarhwa P.S. Case No. 14 of 2015, registered under Sections 341, 323, 307, 498(A), 120(B), 313/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, on the report of opposite party no. 2.

3. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners as well as opposite party no. 2 is that the parties have settled their dispute and in the matrimonial proceeding, they have got their

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.43945 of 2015 dt.29-07-2019 2/2 marriage dissolved by a decree of divorce. A criminal case arising out of complaint case has also been compromised and in this matter also they have filed compromise petition as they want to live their peaceful life.

4. Considering the facts aforesaid and for substantial justice, let the FIR and all subsequent proceeding arising out of the aforesaid FIR against the petitioners be quashed and this application be allowed.
